As the coronavirus situation evolves, we are closely monitoring the messaging and recommendations from Scottish and U.K. public health officials, as well as those of the World Health Organization.

While there is no current cause for concern in our area, our teams are taking both common-sense precautions and, where appropriate, increased measures to help prevent the possible spread of illness. We are working diligently to reinforce our strict standards of cleanliness and ensure that all of our facilities meet or exceed local health requirements.

At all times, we are heeding advice and adopting practices from all relevant health authorities. Some of these actions include more frequent cleaning and sanitizing of high-touch, high-contact locations (door handles, elevator call buttons, bar tops, etc.) and promoting heightened handwashing and healthy hygiene practices among our team. Additionally, we are actively coaching and communicating with our leaders to be mindful of the health and wellness of our team, club members, and guests, and to respond quickly and thoughtfully in accordance with our established protocols in the event of any observed symptoms.

We want you to feel comfortable that you are making the best decisions for yourself, your friends and your family regarding upcoming travel and hotel stays. To that end, new, future stay bookings impacted by future travel restrictions or other considerations related to the coronavirus will be handled with care and concern, waiving cancellation penalties in appropriate situations.
