
Fractional owners who opt not to use some or all of their fractions have the opportunity to generate income through several attractive letting schemes.
Private Letting An owner may let any or all of their weeks on their own directly to visiting golfers and holiday makers and retain all of the revenue, paying only the weekly housekeeping charge.
Letting Scheme An owner may place any or all of their weeks into our letting programme. We will assume all costs (marketing, reservations, housekeeping charge, etc.) associated with letting the week(s) to visiting golfers and holiday makers and pay the owner one-half of all revenue received. There is no guaranty that any particular cottage will be rented.
Fixed Rental Letting Scheme (Guaranteed Return) For those who do not wish to acquire the fraction initially for use and occupancy, we will let the all of the weeks in the fraction back from the owner upon purchase for a three year term and will pay the owner a fixed rent equal to seven percent (7%) of the purchase price. The rent will be paid annually at the end of each year during the term.
Note: Please note that in all cases, the owner remains responsible for payment of the Annual Estate Charge.
