Discovery Package - Terms and Conditions
*Subject to availability. Rates vary according to date of visit. Offer only applies to a two-night stay for couples or families. Not available for group bookings. This promotional offer is intended for couples aged between 30 and 70 with a joint annual income in excess of £45,000. Attendance of a 90-minute sales presentation with one of our Machrihanish Dunes sales advisors is required to qualify for this offer.

The cost of this package is subsidized by Machrihanish Dunes. If you or your partner/spouse or both of you choose not to attend the presentation, the full retail cost of the package will be payable which will be a minimum of £139 per cottage per night. See Tariff example below.

Qualified singles are also eligible for this programme, provided they are aged between 30 and 70 with an annual household income in excess of £45,000. Should you book and travel as a qualified single, the package cost is based on two people and as a condition, you must tour alone.

Prices are based on usage of a Cottage (sleeps 2-6 people). Cottages prices are based on 4 sharing with an additional charge of £50.00 per night for up to two extra persons (except for children under the age of 5). Bookings will be made subject to availability at the time of booking. Offer can be withdrawn or modified at any time at the discretion of management.

Offer not available to those who have had a Sales presentation within the previous two years.

Bookings must be made through a Machrihanish Dunes Estates advisor along with an agreed appointment for a sales presentation. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking, with the balance payable four weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations must be advised 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival to enable reallocation of dates; no refunds for any cancellations received after that time. This package is non transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.

Tariff Example: 1st December 2009 - 28th February 2010 = £139.00 per night | 1st March - 30th April 2010 = £189.00 per night | 1st May - 31st October 2010 = £250.00 per night.
