The Mach Dunes Million hole-in-one challenge has produced its first finalist.

From 15th July to 15th October 2013, individuals who register and play an 18-hole round at Machrihanish Dunes Golf Club will be entered into a set of random draws that will determine four finalists to shoot for the ‘Mach Dunes Million’ on 26th October 2013.
Playing an 18-hole round of golf at The Village at Machrihanish Dunes could win you a million dollars as part of the “Mach Dunes Million” hole-in-one-contest. Four lucky contestants will be eligible to win the $1,000,000 USD prize; a set of random drawings pulling from a contestant pool who have registered now through October 15th, 2013.

A golfer sank a hole in one– before being told the club is offering $1 million to players who can do the same thing. Stephen Sandilands was delighted when his tee shot at the 14th hole at Machrihanish Dunes dropped in the hole.
